CSSH Residents/Fellows Scholarship Information

This scholarship is intended to introduce Chicago-area Residents and Fellows interested in hand surgery to the Chicago Societry for Surgery of the Hand and promote our mission to foster ongoing education in the field of hand surgery.

Scholarship recipients will be selected by the CSSH Board from a pool of qualified applicants and the winners will be recognized at our annual Prospective Members meeting.

The Residents/Fellows Scholarship application shall include:

One page essay, Font of applicants choice, single space, single lined

      Topics - What has drawn you to hand surgery? What impact do you hope to make within the hand surgey community?

              If given the opportunity, what hand surgery related topic would you like to present to the CSSH membership? Other - topic of your

              choice.

CV

Letter of good standing from current training program

Level of training: PG-2 through Fellow (No interns or medical students)

Prior attendance as a guest of a member will not disqualify an applicant
